A1 Cleaning Solutions started in Grassy Park in 2007 with a simple idea: do the job properly, price it honestly, and leave every client clear about what they received.
The business grew alongside our sister business, A1 Car Wash, in Grassy Park. That shared heritage still shapes our approach: “Guaranteed Clean, or Your Dirt Back.”
Today we handle once-off residential deep cleans, ongoing commercial contracts and specialist access work across Cape Town.

Meet Zahier Hoosen
Zahier Hoosen owns and runs A1 Cleaning Solutions, alongside the wider A1 Car Wash operation based at Princess Motor Centre on Victoria Drive, Grassy Park. Having built both businesses in the same community for close to two decades, Zahier's approach is exactly what you'd expect from someone who has to face the same clients and neighbours every day: straight answers, fair pricing, and a job done right the first time.
That local, hands-on ownership is why A1 can offer a free site survey and an honest, published price list — there's no call centre and no franchise mark-up between you and the person who's accountable for the work.
